Need a brutal rating

Been struggling with my looks and have been trying to softmax as hard as i can, im considering aqualyx for my cheeks because i feel like theyre naturally super fatty, i went down to as low as 69kg and saw no improvements, currently running ghk,bpc, test c 300 a week and accutane. Skin has gotten a lot better and my jawline is more defined but i still struggle with what i should do with my eyes. I also dont know what i should be doing with my hair but currently just growing it out. (if you know me no you dont)

All i do is eat meat and carbs, i barely add seasoning and i never eat sugar guess i gotta hydrate more then

Stop drinking orange juice its really bad for teeth and realy high in sugar, drink water instead or zero sugar drinks, do cardio go sauna at least once a week and hit the gym

I drink orange juice as it provides fructose which gives me insane pumps, i hit the gym like 5 times a week and look pretty decent

Test and hgh. No tren the first months.
First test until it's stable. The up the test and add hgh. You'll see results. After a year or half add tren but start slow. Most people can't handle it
