Need a good lemon bottle guide

I cant find a good lemon bottle guide, I found one but I cant see the guys set up in it cos the .org says i cant view the image in the UK, just need to know how to do it and what amounts of lemon bottle to inject, also need to know equipment needed other than lemon bottle and insulin syringe
