anyone know any good mattresses cus mine is so shit and soft where it caves in where my lower back goes on the mattress so ive been having lower back pain due to lack of support. please i need a good mattress recommendation but nothing that will break the bank

i slept on a blanket that was on the floor, it was quite uncomfortable and since i dont have any short fans, it got hot really quickly

yh
i couldnt bring myself to sleep without a fan in 25 degree weather so i went back to my bed (and had my fan on)
it wasnt fully uncomfortable it was quite nice but my fear of bugs got the best of me

1st night of sleeping on the floor- i got a blanket folded it twice and laid it on the floor
hard falling asleep, woke up multiple times for no reason
NO BACK PAIN, but my entire body was aching and hurting and the neck pain i had was crazy

2nd night-i literally could not fall asleep (used a thin toshak instead) tossing and turning in crazy heat
forced to sleep in my normal matress

3rd night- will go back to sleeping on the blanket and continue this to see if the aches on my body go away

Update: I'm regularly sleeping on the floor and I've had less back pain I can say, tho I keep waking up exactly every 4 hours ???
