actually im very skinny, i used to workout 2 years ago but i saw no progress and eventually quit, im very low fat but i need to workout, ty for advice bro love u

yeah maybe because im afraid of girls rejecting me... maybe i'm good looking now but i was chopped asf 1 or 2 years ago, and all my teenage, im 18 now but i never had that truly innocent teen love.i think i had late puberty and my mindset was like idgaf about what people think of my looks, until i discover bp:blackpill:
