Need a rating and advice PLEASE

Obviously, no morphing or editing was used. I am a fraud and I need to ascend, I’m tired of this hell. I am 6’ and 17 years old. My weakness has always been acne and my recessed infras. How can I ascend realistically, preferably without surgery. Please provide a detailed or helpful advice comment.


Side notes l:
I have been on tret and majorly improved my skin, although now I feel like it has been doing nothing ( I was inconsistent) should I upgrade to
Taz or accutane?
