So basically the first picture thatās uploaded is me around the begging of june ish. and then for the 2nd and 3rd picture, i fell off really hard, I stopped caring about myself and just ate like complete shit. those pictures were taken around the end of june/start of july. Then the rest of the pictures are current, I know I look like an average person but i just wanna see my ratings and see where i can improve. I have a pretty strong over bite but Iām gonna get braces this month and Iām hoping that can help my recessed chin get somewhat fixed. in terms of body fat iād say iām around 18-20%

you need to work on eyelid exposure and debloat also hairstyle but in the end u can get to mmtn-hmtn with ease
