Alright, I just got my bloodwork back and I want a real, no-bullshit interpretation from people who actually get how hormones work in practice, not what doctors tell you.

Here’s the rundown:
  • Total T: 10.57 ng/mL (high)
  • Free T: 12.4 pg/mL (technically “normal”)
  • SHBG: 89.5 nmol/L (ridiculously high)
  • Estradiol: <24 pg/mL
  • Prolactin: 8.5 µg/L
Bottom line:
  • On paper, total T looks great, but functionally, free T is mediocre.
  • High SHBG = you might feel “low T” despite the labs.
  • Likely causes: stress, overtraining, sleep issues, caloric deficit, genetics.
Symptoms that would match this:
  • Low energy
  • Weak libido
  • Slow recovery
  • Brain fog / concentration issues
  • Mildly depressed mood
I want real advice:
  • How would you guys attack this naturally?
  • Is there a way to lower SHBG efficiently?
  • Any tips to boost usable testosterone without TRT?
I’m looking for redpilled insights, not Normie doctor bullshit.

Your total T looks high, but with SHBG at 89.5 your usable hormones are getting bound up, which is why free T looks mid and you probably feel low-T symptoms. The fix it’s lowering SHBG by getting out of deficit, eating more carbs and fats, reducing training volume, and fixing sleep so cortisol drops, Vitamin D and magnesium can help a bit, but the real issue is stress and under recovery not abt your testosterone production

Just improve health. You do that by proper sleep, diet and exercise. Maybe supplement any remaining deficiencies

If you wanna tackle hormones directly use steroids.
Theres no primal raw meat, ball sunning and icebaths cope that will meaningfully increase your testosterone
