Tbh I'm tired of doing retarded workout routines with MUH squat and MUH deadlift. Like I actually don't give a fuck about my hamstrings or quads (like I want em to be proportionate but I do not give a flying fuck about them being big)

I want a big nice aesthetic upper body.

Someone give me a good workout routine. I fucking hate muh strength programmes.

Just go to a gym and ask the Chad/Incel instructor for a program
