Need Advice 1st Molar Extraction 17

Went to 2 dentists, they told me to get my bottom left 1st molar extracted & replaced with a bridge/denture
Can't afford a root canal ATM & they were also against it

What should I do & how bad will it fuck my face up?
I already have a narrow small jaw + 6 tooth smile, I need help to preserve my LTN facial structure

Ur tooth might be done for. 2 dentists said pull it, no root canal. if you take it out and leave the gap, your jawbone will shrink, nearby teeth will move over time and your bite could get messed up a lot. Since you said your jaw is already small and your smile is narrow, that could mess with your face shape over time.

If u do have to pull it out, get a flipper tooth or whatever until you can afford a implant
implant is best but expensive. bridge works but damages nearby teeth. denture is cheapest but can lead you to fuck up ur whole facial bone structure
