I’m pretty good at being NT for a bit (its for long times thats a problem) + I have access to DMHA for fucking for a while.

alr well ur already better than me then, if you wanna make yourself NT for a long time then try as much as possible to distance urself from ND material thats the only way, consume only boring normie slop and it rewires ur brain after a few days i tried it once to see if it was possible (it is) but then when u touch ND media again u get back into it quite quickly so like if u dont have good self control it doesnt work
