Need advice about my 1/10 eye area

From all the failos my face has, the eye area ( with body frame and height ) seems to be biggest one The Problem is, that I'm pretty clueless about eye surgery.... What would you recommend?

You do not have 1/10 eye area. Yours is actually ok.

You have a slight NCT, so you need to raise your lateral canthuses a bit with canthoplasty. Then, you also lack eye hooding. For this, some surgeons use fillers/fat injections into the upper eyelid. If you just reposition your lateral canthus to an upper position, you will have great eyes.
