need advice for my eye area

can you pls tell me what can I do to improve my eye area, like u see my dark spots and little wrinkles,I know I could do the infraorbital fat grafting surgery but are there other methods.

Try using retinoid (use it at night 2 or 3 times for the first week) and volufiline also look for eye creams with caffeine and vitamin c, that should help

There are other ways, yes, but some may be better than others

You could do filler, fat grafting, or implants

Topical retinoids could help, but it would be minimal
