I am going to run 500mg test for 12 weeks on a 300cal surplus. As a former skinnyfat, i have been cursed with wide hips and i don't even want to train legs on my first (and only) cycle

I was thinking something like:

Push, pull, rest, push, pull, rest, rest

With neck training ad the end of every session

4/5 exercises, 3 sets each

Only stable easy to load exercises. The only barbell exercise would be the bench

As your first cycle right off the bat 500mg is about too high imo

Ik everyone disagrees, but I would do 300mg and every couple weeks progress up to 500mg. To kinda taper into the cycle, cause you don’t know how your body reacts to gear.

Do you have a support stack/ a plan to do after PCT/ Cruise?

That’s how anyone would say to go about it. Start 300 get bw at 4 weeks, if all good jump up to 400 or 500 then bw at 8 weeks

do upper rest repeat, 3,5x frequency/week, also no need for 3 sets of an exercise, better to opt for more exercises instead of more sets, 2-3 exercises per muscle group is enough if youre doing a semi minimalistic approach, could also add in those smaller and often neglected muscles if you want, do high intensity low volume (4-8 reps, 1-2 sets, 0-1 rir), not saying youre already good and all, seeing as you do stable exercises and shi, and test ofc, but if you want to maximize the effectiveness
