So I am rn at 20 percent bf, Ik I would ascend when I reach 12percent however the problem is
1. I lose fat very slowly
2. I dont have much muscle
I have given myself three months to ascend aka do 80% of my softmax (non-negotiable time) and I can go about it through
OPTION A: One month of gym at maintenance, recover some muscle mass and maybe even put on some muscle ,then leanmax the next two months at a cal deficit of 500
OPTION B: one month of leanmax with gym once a week to hold on to whatever muscle I got (just do neckmaxing at home) and then one month of gym at maintenace and then one month of leanmax
OPTION C: two months of leanmax starting from now,get to desired bf level or atleast close to there (w one day per week of lifting to hold on to muscle) and then put muscle in the third month
RN im leaning towards option B but your advice would be much appreciated
