Hello guys, I just want an honest and brutal review of my face and frame. I've only been going to the gym for the past year ( the video is the most recent clip of me ( 3 days old ). I would like to have some advices on how to improve my looks and my assymetry ... I have a full on carnivore diet ( just meat, 1L a day of raw milk from the farm , raw yogurt, cooked eggs and raw eggs, tartare, cooked liver, 2,5 L water a day... if you want to know more about my diet) ( i'm going to implement back a bit of carbs during the summer). I walk 15k to 20k steps each day and go to the gym 5 times a week. If you have any quesions to help me ask them

only failo is ur short philtrum, consider a lip lift.

dont know if ur bulking cuz i aint reading all that bullshit but js get leaner,ur asymetry is barely visible btw(rep me)

thanks bro, i'm not bulking rn i'm in a 400cal defficit daily but with keto i eat about 220g prot each day and 250g Lipids a day too but i burn it all because of ketosis

thanks G(oy), yeah I do keto for the winter and then add back a bit of carbs from fruits mostly during summer + 20 k steps daily
