i literally had clear skin with 1 pimple that showed up once a month and i asked for accutane and i got it prescribed. if you go in with confidence and you know your shit they'll give it to you. at least they did in my case

depending on ur country the process for prescription can be 6 months, where i live they try you out on different medications first and shit if its like borderline, they make u do blood tests etc, ask urself is it really that bad though or could you fix something like ur diet etc
