Need advice I had two teeth extracted from the same side when i was a kid

So as the title says i had the wisdom tooth and a molar extracted from the bottom right when i was a kid (around 7-8yo), a decade later it made my face really asymmetrical and the only fix is orthognathic surgery
The problem is that i dont have the funds to do so and want to get insurance to cover the whole procedure
