triying to fix sleep shedule but currently its hard because im not alone
anyway i try to sleep a lot like 9 hours and take naps

HAIRCUT
letting hair grow on top and dont cut too short on sides, keep hair moist

EYEBROWS :
Shaping every 2nd week to keep them in check

Diet and Hydration
3-4l Water to stay hydrated consistently
increased my calorie intake again to 2000 speed up metabolism to allow recovery and growth 180 -200g protein clean diet
more saturated fats, coconut oil , etc no vegetable oils,more meat

EYELASHES
APPLYING VASELINE MORNING AND EVENING TO THE ROOTS

GROOMING WEEKLY
TRIM BEARD PERFECTLY AND SHAPE IT TO FRAWD LONGER RAMUS ;TRIM EAR HAIRS ETC AND NOSE HAIRS,cut nails , exfoliate skin AHA

FASHION AND ACESSORIES
GETTING A SILVER CHAIN
and some accesories but not overdoing stuff
getting fitting clothes and some designer clothes


Skincare
Tretinoin started 0,1%gel consistently also using Niacinamide gonna add vit C soon , i use spf50
consistently morning evening, soon gonna add 1mm dermaroller weekly

Dental oral Health
Brush floss, tongue scrape and oil pull 2x a day
and lip balm to avoid cracking

My Every 2.nd day plan
Ketoconazole to avoid dandruff etc , and condition hair

Cold Exposure
BONESMASHING zygomatic bones and undereye area
NECK TRAINING AND WHOLE BODY with bodywheight hardcore 50 min exercises till i get to a gym


FACE EXERCISES AND FACIAL MUSCLES ETC
Doing a specific routine
to make my forehead appear smaller and nosemaxx also symmetry max by certrain facial muscle exercises 2 x a day
3x20 rapid jaw opening to get hiyoid higher
and chintucks

I tried the same thing, so many times but never succeeded, and I found out that every list I made was just an excuse for me to procrastinate.

But if you are different, if you can actually complete even the longest to-do lists, then this doesn't apply to you.

Bump up to 500mg test and get a roided out body. Anyone can ascend with that assuming you don't have bad hair loss genes. I want to do it so badly but I have hair loss in the family so kind of risky.

99% of people are super low. test levels have been decreasing 1% every year. if you want to ascend having a trt dose is mandatory
