Need advice on eye area

My eye area is very bad BUT fixable. My pfl and ipd isn’t that bad, maybe my ipd but pfl is good. My infras, supras and canthal tilt are terrible. I want to know if cat/almond eye surgery is the way and what except canthoplasty would ascend the eye area hard, more the infra implants or supras?? What makes meeks eye shape like this
