need advice on fillers/sugeries/botox i should get

Attached are photos that show me at my leanest. These photos are from a few months ago but i’d say show my bone/fat structure pretty well.

I was thinking of getting Cleft chin filler done as well as Masseter Botox.

Can anyone who has more knowledge on topics like this give me any advice? Would getting the things I listed above provide the highest ROI for me? Or is there better things I can do? Let me know thanks and if there’s any other areas I can improve in i’d appreciate the advice.

Going to a consultation this week, anyone else have anymore advice?
