need advice on helping my older brother with his confidence and social issues

im from egypt and i have an older brother whos been struggling with confidence and social issues since he was young
he didnt have many friends growing up and he developed insecurities about his looks
recently he talked to a girl and even met her but she blocked him the next day and it made things worse for him emotionally
i honestly feel really sad for him and i want to help
the problem is that as his younger brother he doesnt really like taking advice from me even though i understand social stuff and self improvement a bit more
i really wish i could guide him because i know his appearance plays a part in his struggles and i believe he could improve
i told my parents i could reach out to him through a fake account just to give him advice without it feeling like its coming from me but they refused because they think itll backfire
does anyone have a better solution or approach to help him out thanks

Well since its caused over a very long period of time in formative years its hard to solve ans borderline impossible to fix naturally. I dont know the exact rules in Islam assuming youre Muslim but from what i know gb-115 should be amazing, in studies it performs insanely well insanely quick. Its not intoxicating and from the studies that has been made theres no side effects so no health detriments. Ive used it myself and its a game changer

There are other options as well but really questionable if they are better than gb115 like pregabalin and ketamine for examples but almost all options include intoxication to some degree. TAK653 is the only other option i can come up with
