Need advice on how to fix my mtn ahh face

Yooo so i need advice on how to fix my face. If you look at the pics the second R pic where my skin is stretched makes my side look a lot better. I'm currently doing 1mg GHK-Cu and 500 mcg bpc and also topical ghk + microneedling. I'm currently around 13-15% BF i think, so that could be the reason my skin looks saggy Idk. but I'm on my last dose of reta so idk if i can stick to a diet after that. i have around $1500 to spend on LM so any suggestions on surgeries or advice in general would be appreciated.

Well surgery is the only way, I would suggest dropping looksmaxxing, finding a good girlfriend and enjoying life though because you are atleast HTN and look better than 99% of people on here. You don't need to hardmaxx boyo
