I guess its storytime lol
There is this girl that I met through a social circle around March of this year and we hit it off really well. She showed lots of signs of interest, and I took the initiative to start talking to her. We went out to lots of bars and clubs together, and I had lots of fun with her. We share common interests and she is really cool to talk to and to be around. As the months go by we still talk but one day she tells me that she wanted to end our fling because she just got out of a 5-year relationship and that she needs space to think about what she wants, and that she just wanted to be friends. I said okay whatever I didn't think about it that much though I did feel sad that it ended, and we stopped talking for the rest of the summer.
Fast forward to this school semester, and she hits me up out of the blue. We start catching up, talking about what we did over the summer and how are classes are going, etc. We start studying occasionally and we sometimes go out with some of our friends bar hopping. Whenever we go out she makes lots of eye contact, teases me and tries to get my attention a lot of the time.
One thing that she does that is weird is that she is usually the one who starts the conversation through text, and if I reply, she never texts back until a few days later and it has nothing to do with the previous conversation. Whenever we are studying at school, she always tells me random relationship advice which isn't bad but I find it odd that she would be telling me this of all people. Maybe she is trying to act hard to get or something idk tbh.
I just find it weird that she wanted to end our thing and then she does all this shit it makes no sense JFL. I have never been in this kind of situation before so I wanted to ask you guys what your thoughts are on what I should do. Should I still try to pursue her or not?
