Need advice on surgeries.

i am planning to undergo buccal fat removal and lip lift to reduce my philtrum length soon.

i also want to have hunter eyes, but I dont know what the surgery is called.


also what surgery in the jaw will benefit me the most? If I jut my jaw forward, it looks good. But I cant be all the time jutting.

Overall you should prioritize jaw. Much more important for sex appeal. You have a narrow jaw. Fix that. Dont know how. If you jut 24/7 you need some form if jaw advancment. Depending on your bite only mandible advancement but most likely a bimax.

I have high set cheekbones but they lack mass. So yes implants would help too maybe?

i think implants only make you look more feminine

im not an expert on that but look into zygomatic sandwich osteomy or modified! lefort 3 (dont mistake with a real lefort 3)

jaw implants would maybe make more sense bc they can add with. also check out sidewing and chin wing

Well you said you are recessed. That means you either jut all your life or you advance your lower third. Since your bite is fine however you can’t advance just the lower third with a bsso. You would also require a maxilla (upper jaw) advancement (lefort 1). A advancement of both, the upper and lower jaw is referred to as bimax. You could also get implants but I would never do that. Now to your jaw width problem there is a dude here who went from normie to Chadlite I think with fillers I think. Implants would be better for that tho I think since fillers resolve.

Thanks for your replies. I will look onto Jaw surgeries after I complete my buccal fat removal and lip lift.

opinions on lip lift on this site are mixed. I have a 20mm philtrum and teeth barely show when I smile. I believe I am a good candidate. However, how much mm should I tell the surgeon to cut?
