I’m 6,0 and 180 lean but I feel like that’s really carrying and I need to fix my recessed maxilla and mandible but idk what to do or start with, I’ve been a gym cell for 2 years now and need to start fixing my face before 18

You could start with a rhinoplasty to project your nasal opening and then go for the Bimax + Genioplasty

Peptides or really any compund wont save you,for surgeries i would do bimax and sliding genioplasty,canthoplasty,zygo and gonial implants, rhinoplasty,and you should get a better hairstlye
