I've developed an interest in a shy, Mediterranean-looking girl who works at a grocery store I often visit. What drew my attention was the strange, nervous energy she seemed to give off whenever I was nearby. She never really held eye contact—if anything, she avoided it entirely. A few times, I caught her glancing in my direction, but she would quickly look away the moment our eyes almost met.

I tried ignoring her after she didnt give eye contact and responded (almost) silently to my hellos. But then she started to grab my attention even more. I get the impression she's either mega shy or autistic. I thought MED people were NT, no?
Wtf should I do. I already have a plan but there's no momentum to build on so it's going to be a cold approach, but Im not used to it.
Slayers please help. This might set the momentum for me to escape out of the IOI zone and get to action.
Also, she's the exact type I get most IOIs from. So my guess is Im her type. She's an international who doesnt even speak the local language, just English.
