Need advice to clear my skin

I’m 15 years old i hit puberty around last year since then i have gotten bad acne i’ve been using skincare trying to diet nothing seems to work. I need some advice on what i should do next.

Hormones, can't stop it. Just continue eating healthy, live healthy life and laugh

Ignore my breathing my nose was stuffy

as the other guy said mostly hormones but i recommend a salicylic acid cleanser paired with a good moisturizer and sunscreen, less was always better for me

and if it gets really really bad get a derm and see what they say i was given epiduo (adapelene and benozyl peroxide) paired with azelaic acid for my PIE and acne
