The lighting is poor in this photo, and I'm not very photogenic. I took these photos at around 22:00, so I might look tired. Should I fix my diet, sleep schedule, or start working out? I'm somewhat familiar with health and fitness, but need a "guide" or some advice to follow in order to be healthier and improve my appearance along the way. Also, I'm in FL, so naturally I get a lot of sun (if that means anything to you guys).
