Therapist and psychologist ghost me. I have written 3 emails to them the past 5 days.
I dont feel comfortable telling my parents about my voice and I tried once and it made me feel bad.
The ADHD Meds make that the bad voices are reduced, but so are the good voices and I dont like it. Besides that it again gives me insomnia and no hunger and a little headache. I can concentrate better in school but I dont really like the adhd meds side effects and the fact that the good voices arent there, yet if I stop to take them I will be lazy again and the bad voices will come back.

Im taking the meds and they pretty much reduce the bad voice even though yesterday they were still talking to me at night but it was less real than usual.

the meds make that i stop eating and that i get headaches and that i get insomnia even though i take sleeping pills. the side effects arent tolerable on long time anymore like they used to be. I became so sensitive to the meds. Thats why I stopped taking them and then due to not taking the meds + trying out tulpamancy (creating an imaginary friend) the voices came. The only one I created was voice 1, the others came on their own.

I tried making friends online and wrote to like 800 ppl via discord (on ask 2 dm servers or smth) but it was all useless and when I have online friends i get really attached and then it makes me worse.

do the voices scare you at all or did you get used to them. I mean ive never had this issue but i think if the voices aren't scaring you anymore and you simply ignore them seems like you can reduce the amount of meds you use. You definitely need to lower the dose of the meds because the side effects do not sound good at all and probably makes shit worse. and again you can add me on discord or pm me anytime on here i don't mind talking abt whatevers on your mind

Im at the lowest dose possible, and still get the side effects. Its due to my autism that im sensible to the meds. I take 18 mg concerta and some ppl need to take 54 mg to get my side effects.

Yes, the 2 bad voices scare me a lot. The worse it gets is when it turns dark outside and then they really really scare me

Get yourself committed, be around truly crazy/loose people who make kaka finger paintings, and gain a new appreciation for your situation.

Regularly deal with homeless people at the Salvation Army, church, or something similar. You'll get the same effect, just less intense, which is why you need to be consistent with it.

I've found that intense ideation/rumination intensifies whatever mental problems you're dealing with, whereas focusing that energy outward, particularly to people with serious issues, can dissipate/redirect your issues.

I had myself committed. There were 2 suicides when I was there (hearing their families react was even worse), and it was just an all-around mess, which changed my whole perspective. I left and came back to the church after almost 2 decades, doing the whole charity thing. It really helps.

Just saying. It's a good way to get out of your head.

Stop the meds, all of them, and ditch the therapists. Psychology/psychiatry is used on the modern world to replace discernment. Discernment is something spiritual. All your problems have a spiritual root.
