Subproblems from medication: Insomnia, Belly pain from eating, numbness (mentally, I dont feel happy nor sad (i fucking feel sad)), I GO CRAZY IN MY MIND (but without meds even more)

Current stats:
20 mg Methylphenidate and 25 mg daridorexant
Today I took 25 mg methyphenidate, better concentration a little but the side effects and rebound effect is so fucking strong im going insanse. Side effect/concentration ratio = retarded very shitty, even worse than my ugly face

Plan for tomorrow, bump it (methylphenidate) up to 30 mg and see if i mutate into fucking Albert Einstein.

Side quest: Try to go up in dose until my imaginary friend becomes real.
super side quest: Making gym plan to be less hyperactive

the more i go up in dose the more side effects i get and no i need to take medication i cant live without it.
Tomorrow back to 20mg methylphenidate or go 30 mg
Today 25 mg daridorexant or 50 mg?????
