before i started overeating as shit i was probably 60-65 kgs now im 73

starting today i’m gonna start starving, working out and increasing cardio tenfolds because i wanna get lean again

dunno about my smoking problem though and if it’ll fuck with my cardio

my goals 50-55 kgs im 15, 173 cms

yeah thats what i read on the forum a few months ago and went on a bulk / started to maintain my calories instead of cutting but my physiques genuinely horrible and im bloated most of the time
 
Don’t starve at 15 it will fuck you up
i’ve accepted that i’m probably gonna be 5’7 for the rest of my life, havent seen much progress with my height at all

Have you noticed many signs of puberty yet. For example facial hair public hair etc
facial hair no, but i shave my balls every week almost and ive got a shit ton of hair on my legs

If I were you, I wouldn’t risk starving at your age. Just go on a normal calorie deficit. Even if it won’t affect how tall you are it can also affect bone growth in your face. If you starve you will just look like a twink

each year feels like a decade i’m getting tired of looking like a chud in the mirror idk if i can keep on going with my current physique

starving isnt optimal for puberty

just go on a calorie deficit and stop smoking

when you starve your body uses muscle mass instead of fat first so iys thr complete opposite of what you want to achieve
