never tried but ive had crazy progress w hammer, 3 sets of 50-150 taps per area, 2x a day

Obv the nose is too big; it looks like the size is mainly due to skeletal reasons but also due to some inflammation and soft tissue stuff. Try Accutane or hydrocortisone to slim the nose
obv this won't do much in comparison to rhino but could be helpful in the meantime

Be cautious with it tho and read guides on how to use it because you can develop topical steroid withdrawal syndrome, which is fuckeddd

Biggest flaw is your nose. only option is rhino anything else just gon make it appear slimmer but won't change the wide structure it has. Your lips also seem rly thin in comparison to your eyes so a commissuroplasty could be smth you might want too ig
you got a decent frame so hit gym consistently eat well and pray you grow taller
