Need advise on this. Shedding.

If I'm not shedding any hair while I'm showering or while Im asleep. Does that mean I'm not losing any hair?
Even though my hairline is not the same.

You shouldn't look at how many hair is falling, you should look at the top of your head while measuring hair loss
