How chopped am I? Help me with plan to soft-hardmaxx

I'll attach 6 pics, first 3 is me on 20-25% bodyfat, last 3 me ATM with 30%, please rate me on leaner side and atm

I'm 5'10/99kg atm

So my plan is

Softmaxx

Whitemaxxing routine, skincare(with tret etc), dut+min oral, leanmaxx(already lost 20kg last 3 months while gymcelling aswell)

Hydrocortisone on nose to make it smaller


Hardmaxx listed as priorities

Hair transplant(I dunno why everyone says I look better bald and shouldn't do it though)

Infraorbital fat grafts or orbital decompression(won't be able to do it though most likely)

Rhinoplasty

Limb lengletening(most likely can fraud it in my country and get it for free, just need time where I can be disabled)


Any other suggestions? Maybe better ROI procedures? Any softmaxx I'm missing?

Forgot to add, wanna try that eye lightening stuff with DMSO/eye colour change surgery, but after I get laser for vision

ur face will change a lot if u get to 10 percent bodyfat , but it may take u a bit , get a hair transplant , latisse for lashes and brows , get tan, zygo impants , start going to the gym and ur life will change so much , this may take u 2 years but its worth it

Thanks for advice, yea I wanna get there, to 10%bf, I'm losing weight steadily rn, if it stops I'll add ozempic most likely, 10-12% is a goal, around 20% wanna hop on gear, so I hope bodyfat wise I'll get where I need to be relatively fast


About hair transplant, problem rn is I don't have enough hair to transplant, so I need to regrow some with oral min+dut. Thanks for latisse advice, completely forgot about lashes somehow.

Do you think zygos implants will do me better than fixing undereye-bug eyes?

u can fix the eyebags with fatgrafting , the zygoimplants will improve ur angularity and dismorphism by a lot. ur eyes are hard to fix u need orbital decompression but its risky.

Sry for pinging again, just wanted to make sure(was thinking abt it a lot), do you think hydroquinone+kojic acid+stuff to remove my undertone bad idea? I kinda want to whitemaxx since i live in a country where like 80% of women on dating apps have "no nig, no brown" in their bios on dating sites lol
