Dont wanna sound like a nerd. But actually doing a carnivore diet could be pretty dangerous. When you start making your body use its own fats and carbohydrates it lowers the concentration of some electrolytes. it could get to a point where your body gets on a neccesity. and it makes your cells take the electrolytes inside of them out. this with the objective of making the concentration back to normal levels. If you are very consistent with this type of diet and then suddenly you decide to take something out of that diet. It could create a spike in this so called electrolytes (Its a vast quantity of them. Fosfurus and pottasium ar a brief example) making them go inside the cell again. that could be very stressful to the cells on your body and induce them to death. Summarazing what i just said. If you dont do it correctly it could potencially induce you to a highly mortal Syndrome called Refeeding syndrome (Not sure if its called this way on english. It isnt my main language).
