I've done some research and have already started the process of improving my flaws. I'm currently softmaxxing as much as possible before proceeding to any hardmaxxes. I'd like some feedback on things i can get done mainly with the intention of sticking to a high ROI procedures. This is what i currently have in my mind
Sotfmaxxing:
- 12 % body fat physique, build muscle
- get rid of acne with skin care
-85% healthy 15% junk food diet
^almost done to start hardmaxxing
Hardmaxxing:
- fat grafting periorbital region(supras/infras)
-rhinoplasty (possibly- idk if ROI is worth the risk. Feedback on this would be great)
-some type of laser or peel for acne scars
-lower third chin correction (idk what i need)
-braces to fix teeth
For my lower third, I feel like my lip area is poutting, almost like if my lower lip appears to wanna give someone a kiss from the front and 3/4th profile. I am having a hard time figuring out what exactly I need or what the issue is in general but this is the options i am currently considering
1. Extractions of premolars. Some orthos are telling me i have bimax protrusion. My teeth are sticking out giving the illution of a weak chin (out of all the options, i think this is the least i agree with)
2. I have some degree of microgenia and need a genyoplasty. Maybe filler could work
3. I grew up with tons of sun exposure on a climate which was definitely not healthy at all(which is why i lack a lot of periorbital fat). I wouldn't be surprised if i also lost all my chin area fat and just need fat grafting
All three could be completely wrong and maybe I need something else.
