Calling all highly knowledgable, high IQ boyos
I need some advice about which surgeon to go to for ascension of aesthetics AND airway. Money is NOT an issue.
DIAGNOSIS: Mild OSA (AHI 7.5), class II skeletal overbite, slightly recessed maxilla, mandibular asymmetry, and narrow-ish anterior maxilla (posterior is fine. IMW 39mm).
Here is my list of surgeons I'm in contact with so far:
I attached photos of my X-ray/CBCT/Ceph analysis. I'm not going to show my face (maybe I will if I ascend), but I look VERY similar to Raffaini's nephew pre-op (attached in thread, too).

- Coceancig (had initial consult yesterday, recommended Bimax w/ CCWr or IMDO + segmental Lefort I w/ CCWr. Both options will get malar augmentation 6 months post-op)
- Ramieri (scheduling consultation tomorrow)
- Alfaro (sent an email for a video consult. Awaiting response)
- Safi (consult set up for Sept 20)
- Alfi (setting up consult soon)
- Raffaini (Messaged via Instagram. I initially disregarded him bc of the consultation process, but now seriously considering flying to see him)
