Ive recently gotten braces on to decompensate my teeth to create a 6mm overjet for trimax. My surgeon recommended premolar extractions to achieve the overjet. But my ortho said he could achieve The overjet without premolar extractions, so I only have my top row of braces on at the moment. I was wondering if getting the extractions regardless would lead to a better aesthetic result or if it would make no difference.

Doesn't matter whether if you achieve the 6mm overjet one way or another
Unless your ortho wants to procline your upper teeth, now that's a different story...

My ortho said my upper incisors were retroclined and lower were proclined. So hes gonna procline my upper incisors and retrocline the lower.
Even in the 2d plan my surgeon showed me, he proclined my upper incisors. Why is that bad?
