Need bloodwork help (e2+test)

ive been on Test e + low dose aromasin for a week now. planning on getting bloods done in a few weeks but not from my doctor obviously.
need a super cheap site to be able to get my own lab request so i can get my bloodwork done myself. pretty sure I just need to check my test and e2 right? to be able to gauge aromasin dosing.
would appreciate non-gatekeeping for a good company to get my bloodwork request

id reccomend to get a full hormone panel if your on a cycle. "

this is the panel i get and it has everything you need. i paid like $120 for it

you can absolutely get labs without a doctor script tons of dudes do it to manage cycles

what you actually want checked is:

Total test
Free test / SHBG (this is way more useful than total)
E2
CBC + CMP (this ones optional but good for sanity check)

there is cheap DIY lab sources like
Walk-in lab / Request a test (this is a US site that lets you order labs yourself, then you go to your local draw station which is usually cheaper than insurance + no doc needed
LetsGetChecked - ships kits and you mail them back; hormone panels + E2
Ulta lab tests - similar to request a test pick what you want and go get blood drawn.
Everlywell / myLAB Box - sometimes has hormone panels (check E2 availability)

if you aren't in the US, sites vary by country just search local "direct access lab testing" / "self-pay bloodwork"

try not to eyeball it. E2 too low = libido crash, joints suck; too high = bloat/erectile hurt

That's why free T + E2 is better than just total.

don't waste random cash on random "panel bundles" that you don't need
a cheaper strategy:

order a hormone panel that includes free T and E2
do labs on a 7-10 day cycle so that numbers aren't all over the show

tell me your country/region and I can try drop some sites for you to use that work there.

Use QuestDirect or one of those third-party lab ordering sites

Then just rock up to Quest with the form and get the draw done.

Totally doable and cheap compared to a full doctor visit

I would recommend getting it with a doctor. It’s not worth fucking yourself up to save some money.
