I keep seeing people on tiktok bone smashing to the point they start bleeding, I’ve been going until I have satisfactory swelling and/or redness. Should I be going to the point of bleeding, or is their bleeding from using a hammer or some shit sharp rather than their fist or something duller?

hey so i have been bonesmashing for a while now, with a hammer usualy but also fists, the blood doesnt come from bludgening youself more like the friction of the hammer hitting u, and moving slightly while it is on ur skin.

But you should see noticable bruising (day after) if not you probably havent hit hard enough, or just long enough.
but yes go till u are swelled and maybe a little further

I stopped because my face was getting bloated also didnt wanna look uncanny but I did it for 3-4 months every day and saw great results doing it till it was swelled up and red but not to the point of bleeding.

why even consider smashing your face to the point of bleeding, anyone doing that is just a dumbass
