Turning 19 y.o on june. Need infras, browridge and would be satisfied if I get some mandible length.

I have good proportion face, good harmony and good features, wide jaw and ratios except my nose is like few mms wide. Face look very good from front, but side, I have slight nov and no browridge. Is there a way I can maximise bone growth in face? Heard bones grew till like mid 20's thank you
