i am 6,1 I started off at 140 i am currently 180 been in the gym for a few months. i used to be 220 lbs then started down to 140. unfortunate. lost a lot of muscle. going to attach a 220 140 and current pic in order i stated. want genuine tips on how to bulk up and gain a lot of muscle and fix my stubborn fat i cant see to fix. i eat a lot a lot. and i workout 3-4x a week i also would like food recommendations with high ass protein
