so i’m not gonna blow my head of just yet but my recessed jaw basically fucked my my ramus and i have zero forward growth. i just turned 16 a couple days ago so i have a tiny bit of time left to grow. what do i do. i go to ortho at the end of the month but there’s so many things that i could get what’s the best? mse i heard is a big risk. i’m mainly hoping for facial benefits

Bonesmash is cope. Palate expander or bimax is the way. Reminder, bimax is the growth you were supposed to have so it ain’t frauding

you can get a expander (fme, biobloc, etc), then get an aligner along with a facepuller. it'll correct most of the developmental issues with ramus length, saggital length, yadda yadda if you're young. if you're lucky your face will respond really well to treatment and you'll have projection

i havent really seen any fme results that had a crazy change facially, i have seen them with mse tho. whats the difference?
