My brother went on vacation with his wife and I'm watching my nephew for a week, come to find out he's lactose intolerant (was never informed on this) and they've been giving him ALMOND MILK as a substitute, absolutely pissed me off finding this out given the 0 nutritional value and it being basically water. With how important the growth stage is for toddlers all the way through puberty and early adulthood I want to give him the best shot at optimal bone/brain growth and I know they feed him processed junk so I'd like to know a REALISTIC diet that would also be optimal, and by realistic I mean he's not going to school and eating raw liver with raw milk on the side, I'd like to build a list of foods for my brother without looking like a psycho schizo.
Genes are great in my family, my brothers and I are all above 6 foot with above average facial structure, I'd like to fully optimize my nephew's diet so his entire life isn't shit. Google is free I get it but I know there's a lot of stunted growth people here that have done an autistic amount of research and I really need you right now, I'm thinking lactaid milk, eggs, meat so correct me if I'm wrong. Was never a greens person my entire life so inform me on vegetables for growth and whatever other foods I'm missing.
