Need eye area help / pm face ratings to discuss surgeries

Out of my 11 younger siblings I am the only member of my entire family who got my dad’s bitch made NCT, I think my biggest eye failo is lower scleral show which i can attribute to less than ideal maxilla projection but what do guys think. (The scleral show is slightly exaggerated here)

I have very long eyelashes but blonde, planning to dye lashes/brows and do 6+ months minox and derma stamping to hopefully reshape my eyebrows to be flat, also plan to do ice hooding at some point.

Any srs advice is very appreciated

not gonna lie this is a pretty bad eye area, however cantho, lower lid retraction, and infras with saddle seem like they would be the most impactful.
