I'm still recovering from an eating disorder and my stomach shrunk a bunch. I'm trying to eat my final calories of today which is a chipotle bowl but I genuinely feel like throwing up. Someone help bruh if there's some kinda technique or smth anything

there's peptides for that i forgot what they are called though

they increase appetite

okay drink oil / peanut butter/ smoothies yk shit that js calorically dense , you get tons of calories and not a lot of food weight

so blend whatever you are eating into a smoothie and drink it i guess :forcedsmile:

basically only had liquid calories today :hnghn: im just gonna go for it and try to not throw up

Wait an hour or two then finish it, also drinks like coke that are acidic help break down food faster
