So unfortunately my ipd and midface are beyond cooked and unsavable, however ‘perfect everything else theory’ anyone have hardmaxxes that are worth it as softmax can’t help, also no Bimax as not worth the risk and price for little gains, I’m currently looking at gonial and infraorbital implants anyone know what else I should think about?
