Neutral areas: Narrow iaa + alright eye aspect ratio + ok fwhr + ok canthal tilt + upper lip could be a bit bigger

Booked a consult with a maxillary surgeon in my area, everything was going smooth until I told him how my side profile bothered me and he immediately said he refused to work with someone so young bothered by there looks. Prior to my appearance worries I described my breathing and TMJ issues...
