need guidance/ what i should do to improve

im 23 and look like child, i feel like my masculine features never developed. i’m currently 3 months po for a rhinoplasty to fix my crooked nose, ive took accutane twice skin still breaks out

ik i should hop on test but acne makes me want to end it, i will be starting dut next week for skin/ hair plus i guess it could raise my T

let me know what you think i need to do

Grow hair long and grow from sides too no fades fix ur colouring and also eyebrows too
