I’m 19, 6’2 and around 140 pounds and trying to get back into the gym (quit about 2 years ago). I’m clearly a pretty skinny guy so I was looking to get some advice on what to do. As of right now I’m doing a PPL split 6 days a week. Any suggestions? Maybe even cycle suggestions?
